Start your Thanksgiving festivities off right with the second annual community Turkey Trot 5k fun race/walk in beautiful Sedona, Arizona. The inspiration for this event is to simply encourage the community to come together for a bit of healthy living before families settle in for a traditional day of feasting.

Register yourself or bring your family to cheer you on. We'll have whistles and shakers available for the race route cheering section (that would be your family and friends), but we encourage everyone to bring your tamborines and pom-poms from home too!

Last year the event sold out so register your spot early.

 

All proceeds from the event will be used to fund a scholarship program for needy families so their children can participate in Music for Tots program run by local artist Kelly Cole. If you are interested in making a donation above the race fee to her program, she can receive tax deductible donations and grants through Cornucopia Community Advocates.
